Scope of application

💎The surface coiling and rewinding slitting machine is suitable for the stripping and rewinding of packaging materials such as web, plastic sheet, aluminum foil, PVC, plastic film and insulating material. It is an ideal equipment for fine-cutting materials.

Performance and characteristics

ܫ1. Unwinding automatic photoelectric correction, using shaft pneumatic feeding, magnetic powder brake or (pneumatic brake) automatic tension control.

🧔2. The winding is driven by two vector motors and the main engine linkage control center is used for winding and surface contact, and the two-axis cross winding is performed, never biting.

🉐3. The main drive is controlled by the inverter, driven by the variable frequency motor, and the acceleration and deceleration is stable and fast.

4. There are preset automatic meter counting, calculation of coil diameter, alarm shutdown and other functions.
